Through wellbeing courses, group programmes and one to one sessions, we help you talk, process your feelings, gain understanding, and acquire practical ways (strategies and life skills) to cope with difficult times, to resolve your issues or achieve resilience to thrive in your life from relationships to business and career.

Non-Guided Self-Help: It helps you to be supported to understand your issues, how you are affected by them and how to resolve them or to how to keep you stay well in the future. It helps you to be listened to and you are given space to talk about your needs so that your priorities can be identified. It introduces you to and guides you on how to effectively use self-help materials (usually a book or workbook on prescription) and practice a set of tasks to acquire coping tools and techniques.  It focuses more on how your specific needs affect you in the ‘here and now’ and what may be keeping them going. It doesn’t look at your past events. It involves no face to face, but the only minimal contact or may be occasional no more than 5 minutes with a specially trained therapist over the Telephone, or Online.
