Through wellbeing courses, group programmes and one to one sessions, we help you talk, process your feelings, gain understanding, and acquire practical ways (strategies and life skills) to cope with difficult times, to resolve your issues or achieve resilience to thrive in your life from relationships to business and career.
Mentoring Network: It helps individuals, families and groups of people to achieve their full potential. It is you the Mentee who decides the focus, who identifies the issues and, with guidance from the mentor, you resolve them. A professional or an expert by personal experience offers the mentoring. Your development as the mentee is the primary target. It focuses on a range of skills from: your personal development; guidance on how you can settle into a new friendship, relationship, marriage, family, organisation, city or country; to better improve and progress on your job and career. It doesn’t give you ‘the answers’, but offers you a short (e.g. a focus on one issue) or long term (e.g. lasting for years and addressing many issues) safe space to be guided towards ‘the answer’ that suites you. Unlike coaching that focuses on here-and-now problems, it focuses on the future.
