Eye-Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR): It helps you to resolve distressing trauma memories and beliefs that are causing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). It uses side-to-side eye movements and hand tapping or other forms of bilateral stimulation to help you recall the images that are causing you distress.
