From January 2015 servicesor products once reserved, ordered or booked can not be
cancelled, but must be paid in full whether used or not.
Money is refundable for physical products that are faulty if
request for refund is received by us within seven days of
purchase. Money is not refundable for electronic products or
services except Health City (HC) fails to deliver or provide
an alternative when it (HC) could not offer the original
service or product promised.

If you use a credit card to make payment via
Paypal, a fee of 3.4% + 20p applies. Credit card payment via
bank or other means will attract different fee rate, so
please check with Health City or your card issuer before
making a payment with a credit card. Payments that involve
international currency conversion may also attract a fee, so
please seek advice from Health City or your bank before
making International payments.

LATE PAYMENT FEES: Please note that late
payment fee of five percent (5%) and full VAT of the amount
owed (and the late payment fee) will be applied to your
invoice on weekly basis if payment is not received by the
due date. The ONLY time the late payment fee can be waived
is if you contact us before the due date to give us an
agreeable (to us) reason for exception and extension of the
due date.
