Support for bullying cases and Employment Tribunal

We can also help you find ideas and coping strategies to reduce your stress and trauma that accompany your employees putting a grievance against you or them putting you through the Employment Tribunal process.
How it works?

- A manager is initially assessed by one of our qualified counselors and offered the most appropriate wellbeing pathway.
