Below is a Step by Step Guide for Online Booking, an approximate guide to the prices and also a list of some psychological and associated wellbeing services directly delivered and/or care coordinated by Health City.

What if I Need Assistance with Booking?

If a service is not listed or if you require assistance with the booking, please contact: info@healthcity.org.uk or phone 03338003006 or  0333 789 0012  with the following details: 

  • If you are paying the fees and the fee is advertised or not advertised on Health City’s website: Your full names, contact details and the health problem/issue you require support.
  • If an Insurance firm is paying your fees: Your full names, your address with full postcode, a name of your Insurer, your Insurance Policy Number, your Authorisation Number from your Insurer, the number of sessions authorized by your Insurer (if known), and the health problem/issue you require support. Services can be paid via all health insurance firms. Note: BUPA UK is only accepted by some of our therapists, so contact us.
  • If the fees on Health City’s website are not applicable to you because your fee is paid: (a) by an organisation that is not an Insurance Firm; (b) as a Negotiated Arrangement; (c) as a Special Contract with Health City; (d) as a Special Fee for Executive Clients; or (e) as an ongoing Subscriber for Health City’s Services. Then, provide your full names, your address with a full postcode. If an organization is paying the fee, then also provide the name of the organization, full names of the responsible person and their phone number and email (if any), and the health problem/issue you require support.

SERVICE TYPE AND INTERVENTION APPROACH:

  • A: 50 Minutes’ One to One Individual Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Integrative Therapy, Psychology, or Coaching and mediation.
  • B: One Hour Couples and Family Interventions.
  • C: One Week Psychological Rehabilitation.
  • D: Assessments.
  • E: Group Programmes.
  • F: Complementary Therapies.
  • G: Mentoring Network.

STEP BY STEP GUIDE FOR BOOKING: 

To make a referral or a booking for yourself or someone else, please complete our Online Booking Form that may take less than 5 minutes.

  • Fill your personal information.
  • Select a ‘Payment Method’.
  • Select the ‘current issue you need help with’.
  • Select the ‘Service Type and Intervention Approach’ (e.g. ‘Counselling & Integrative Psychotherapy’ (this also covers psychology), ‘Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)’.
  • Then select the ‘Practitioner Level’ of care that shall be paid for (e.g. ‘Specialist Clinical Practitioner’).
  • Then select ‘Delivery Preference’ (e.g. ‘face to face’ or Online/Phone’).
  • Tick if you want to receive email updates with resources for better wellbeing. Otherwise, skip.
  • Tick to confirm that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.
  • Submit your completed Booking Form.

PAYMENT METHOD:

Please choose one payment method below:

Method 1: Self-Paying the fee advertised on Booking Form.

On the submission or checkout page, you shall be offered the option to make payment using ‘Online Payment Facility’ or use our preferred payment method, which is BACs Bank transfer to our business account is HSBC Bank Sort Code: 40 07 04, Account number:71828835. Account name: Enaikidigha Trade & Investments Ltd (trading as Health City). Payment reference: Your surname and date you received the service e.g. J. Kane23/06/16.). IBAN: GB83HBUK40070471828835  Swift/BIC:HBUKGB4142V. If you require assistance with the booking, please contact: info@healthcity.org.uk or phone 03338003006 or  0333 789 0012.

Method 2: Insurance is paying the fee. We work with almost all the health care Insurers.

You are an Insurance client, so you are not paying the fees advertised on this form. When  the relevant Option 2 section of the Booking Form opens, please do fill the information requested.  If you require assistance with the booking or claim from your Insurance firm, please contact us: info@healthcity.org.uk or phone 03338003006 or  0333 789 0012  with your  full names, your address with full post code, name of your Insurer, your Insurance Policy Number, your Authorisation Number from your Insurer, the number of sessions authorised by your Insurer (if known), and the health problem/issue you require support. Services can be paid via all health insurance firms. Note: If you like to be treated by a particular or named professional, then Contact Us before completing this Booking Form. This is because it is only some of our professionals who accept the fee caps and restrictions of Aetna claims, Vitality, BUPA UK, AXA, Cigna International/Global, and SimplyHealth. 

Method  3: Self-Paying, but the fee not  advertised on the Booking Form.

This is because my fee is paid: (a) as a Negotiated Arrangement; (b) as a Special Contract with Health City; (c) as a Special Fee for Executive Clients; or (d) as an ongoing Subscriber for Health City’s Services. on the submission or check out page, you shall be offered the choice to make payment using ‘Online Payment Facility’, but Bank transfer to our business account is our preferred payment method: Bank HSBC, Sort Code: 40 07 04, Account number:71828835. Account name: Enaikidigha Trade & Investments Ltd (trading as Health City). Payment reference: Your surname and date you received the service e.g. J. Kane23/06/16.). 

Method 4: Fee is to be  paid by an organisation that is not an Insurance firm.

When  the relevant Option 4 section of the Booking Form opens, please do fill the information requested.   If you require assistance with the booking, please contact: info@healthcity.org.uk or phone 03338003006 or  0333 789 0012  with  the name of the organisation that is paying your fee, full names of the responsible person and their phone number and email (if any), and the health problem/issue you require support.

CURRENT ISSUES YOU NEED HELP WITH: 

This is in addition to the list on the Booking Form’s section of ‘current issues you need help with’ 

  • Guilt, shame, self-esteem, dislikes one’s body/looks. Thinking/worrying, loneliness, low mood, insecurity, indecision & procrastination. Low/no meaning, purpose & resilience. Stress/anxiety, depression, OCD. Avoidance/Phobia of: public speaking, sickness, places, dating, sex, difficult conversations,
  • Anger, Addictions, relationships (e.g. doubts, conflicts, betrayals, jealousy, breakups), personality, Eating/weight issue. Grief & bereavement/loss. Over/under work, under-valued, being put/shut down. Trauma, abuse & Difficulties faced by migrants, refugees and businessmen and women.
  • Employee Assisted Programmes (EAP)- Resilience and work-related stress/burnout, bullying, harassment & grievance.
  • Physical pain/conditions e.g. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, fibromyalgia, diabetes.
